Season #2 - Midnight Gold Mecaquartz Chronograph

Midnight-blue guilloché dial with polished gold hands, in a gold-tone case and bracelet. It looks dark indoors and deep blue in sunlight. Midnight Gold is the dressiest of the three.

Why mecaquartz?

Season 2 runs on the Seiko VK63, a hybrid movement. It has quartz accuracy, so it keeps time when it sits in a drawer for a week and needs no winding. The chronograph module is mechanical, so the chrono hand sweeps instead of ticking and snaps back to zero instantly when you reset it. It gives the feel of a mechanical chronograph without the service bills.

Every caseback is engraved with its number out of 100, the Season daisy, and the line this brand is named after: To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven. When a color sells out, it's gone. Season 1 was never restocked, and Season 2 won't be either.
