Refund policy

Watches purchased from our store are eligible for refunds, provided they are returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a refund, the item must remain in unused condition and must be returned in its original packaging. Please be aware that since our watches are individually handcrafted to order, all refunds are subject to a 15% service fee deduction from the total order amount before the discounts.

"READY-TO-SHIP" purchased from our store are eligible for refunds, provided they are returned within 10 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a refund, the item must remain in unused condition and must be returned in its original packaging.

"CUSTOM ORDER" watches are not eligible for returns or refunds as they involve substantial time and expenses associated with crafting unique timepieces.
