Refund policy

Season watches (in stock): Not right for you? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with no fee. The watch must be unworn, with its protective film, travel case, and box. Email journeyabouttime@gmail.com first and we'll reply with return instructions. Your refund goes back to your original payment method once we receive and check the watch. The free Autism Awareness watch is yours to keep.

Custom and preorder watches: These are built to order and can't be returned or refunded.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
